Wichita Wranglers starter James Morris was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Acapulco Banditos, 6-3. Callum Butler sewed up the save, his 6th. Wichita currently is in last place in the Kade Stenson League Swinging Friar Division at 36-57.

Juan Carlos Ramos came through for Wichita when he hit a 2-run single in the top of the fifth. With the bases loaded, he hit a 0-1 fastball to center field, staking his team to a 4-2 lead.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Ramos told the Wichita News.
