The South Bay Arsenal used an offensive barrage to beat the Mdewanketon Sabercats, 11-2, at Cruz Bay Park. Juan Negrón led the way, going 2-for-3 for South Bay. Adelino Vilar earned the save for South Bay, his 1st of the year. The Arsenal now have a mark of 42-36.

In the bottom of the third inning, South Bay got a break when Negrón went to the plate. With two outs, the bases loaded and the Arsenal leading 1-0, Negrón hit a 2-run single.

"The Arsenal definitely had our number," said Mdewanketon manager Jerry Russell.
