Chiefs Lose to Aeropostales in Walk Off
The Indian Wells Aeropostales had to overcome a big game from Champaign right fielder Amezwaru Ndururi to leave Stars Field with a 6-5 victory. Ndururi went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI. The win was Cain Chatfield's in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Danny Davison took the loss for Champaign. The Aeropostales now have a mark of 48-30.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 12th inning, when Indian Wells second baseman Tetsui Takahashi, facing Danny Davison, had a run-scoring double. It gave the Aeropostales the 6-5 win.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Indian Wells manager Brad Anderson.
