Childers Delivers Walk-Off Win for Aeropostales
There was no shortage of dramatics at Stars Field today.

The Indian Wells Aeropostales outlasted Dean Pepper and the Champaign Chiefs, 9-8. Pepper was impressive in the loss. The Champaign left fielder went 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The Aeropostales have an impressive 47-29 record.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Indian Wells trailing 8-7, Sean Childers hit a fastball from Jim Unknown to right for a 2-run home run. Just like that, the Aeropostales had a walk-off win.

"This place was rocking at the end," Childers said.
