Despite a fine performance by catcher Sean Childers, the Indian Wells Aeropostales suffered a 5-3 loss to the Wichita Wranglers. Childers went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Umarah Abdul-Quddus earned the win to go to 3-1. He allowed 3 earned runs on 9 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. Carlos Alejándrez finished to wrap up his 2nd save.
