García hits 2 home runs as Mafia Squeeze Past Seattle
New York left fielder Octávio García picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Seattle Sasquatch, 6-5. Kunihiko Mizuno got credit for the save for New York. It was his 5th of the year. The Sasquatch, at 5-12, have stumbled out of the gate.

García brought the fans to their feet in the bottom of the first, when the two-time All-Star ripped a 2-run home run. The round-tripper put New York ahead, 2-0.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Seattle manager Carl Best. "The effort was great."
