Silver Lake right fielder Kenshin Yamashita had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Mdewanketon Sabercats, 7-5. Kaoru Kato got the win, improving to 5-6. He held the Sabercats to 4 runs on 4 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 5. The Baristas go to 27-28, putting them 4th in the Kade Stenson League Lou Seal Division.

Silver Lake took a 4-3 lead on Yamashita's 3rd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which he hit off Dylan Wright in the top of the seventh, propelled Silver Lake to the win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Yamashita, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
