With designated hitter Terrence Sepkiechler leading the charge, the Indian Wells Aeropostales defeated the Fairfield Flash, 11-4, at Stars Field. Sepkiechler was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. The Aeropostales have an impressive 36-21 record.

Sepkiechler had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Aeropostales went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Sepkiechler told reporters after the game.
