Mdewanketon first baseman Kosaku Yasuda had a terrific game. He went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. South Bay beat the Sabercats, 9-6. Yasuda was named the player of the game despite the loss. The third-place Arsenal now have a 4-game winning streak.

Bhasin Maqbool wielded some clout for South Bay. The designated hitter had a 2-run home run in the top of the first for the Arsenal. It put his team ahead, 2-0, and sent them on to victory. For the game, Maqbool went 2-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2.

"I never try to think too much," said Maqbool.
