The Fort Worth Cats got a scintillating performance from pitcher Aidan Kenneil, who shut out the Wichita Wranglers, 4-0. Kenneil, now 4-1, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 6, walking 3, and allowing no earned runs. Fort Worth, now 18-11, has gotten their season off to a good start.

The Cats picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"The vibe's good," said Fort Worth manager José Parra. "We've got to keep it going."
