Rollins Shines in Cats Win
|
Behind a solid performance from second baseman Dan Rollins, the Fort Worth Cats defeated the Silver Lake Baristas, 9-1. Rollins was 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for the Cats. Enrique Baldivía earned the save for Fort Worth, his 2nd of the year. The win takes Fort Worth to 15-11.
Yoriyuki Tanaka, who is rated as the 36th best prospect by BNN, helped out the Fort Worth cause in the top of the first inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the catcher was 1 for 4 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
