Republic Spoil Great Performance by Hoolahan
Cabo San Lucas third baseman Damian Hoolahan pounded So Cal Republic pitchers at House of the Republic, but it was not enough to keep the Toreros from falling, 13-6. Hoolahan belted 3 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored three times. Matt Quinlan was the winner. Over 5 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 9 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. The Republic, now 11-3, have hit the ground running this season.
