The Minnesota Berserkers met little resistance from the Chicago Hitmen, beating them 11-2 at SouthSide Park. Ray Larrison led the way. He belted 3 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored three times for Minnesota. Donkal Ubriani got the win, improving to 7-8. He held the Hitmen to 0 runs on 4 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 7 and walking 1. The Chicago losing streak has now reached 4 games.

Larrison provided the big break for the Berserkers in the top of the second inning. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run, helping Minnesota to get the win.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Steve Hansen.
