Bombers Lose to Mustangs, 7-5
|
Behind a solid performance from catcher Basker Sahni, the Mile High Mustangs defeated the South Carolina Bombers, 7-5. Sahni was 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Mustangs. Quan Que was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 4 of 4 save opportunities. The last-place Mustangs now have a win-loss record of 52-78.
Early in the game, Sahni had a 3-run home run for Mile High. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Mustangs on top, 6-3.
