Great Day for Deleón in Gamblers Win
The Las Vegas Gamblers beat the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 5-3, at Field de Los Layendas. Las Vegas first baseman Dante Deleón earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs. Bernalldo Rocchi was called on to finish, recording his 28th save. The Gamblers raised their record to 70-57.

Chris Magee came through for Las Vegas in the top of the second. With two out, Magee victimized Phoenix Smith with a 3-run home run. It was his 22nd home run of the season and put Las Vegas on top, 3-0.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling pretty confident after that win," said Magee.
