The Eureka Hornets picked up a win at McNichols Stadium, knocking off the Mile High Mustangs, 7-3. On the mound for Eureka was left-hander Mitsunari Kobayashi, who played a pivotal role in the win. Kobayashi picked up the win for Eureka, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 14-4.
