Marauders Walk It Off for 6th Win of Season
Las Vegas left fielder Sean Brooks had a terrific game. He hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Maple beat the Gamblers, 6-5. Brooks was named the player of the game despite the loss. With the loss, Las Vegas sinks to 6-6.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Maple trailing 5-4, Gerard Leeder hit a fastball from Ryan Shelton to right for a 2-run home run. Just like that, the Marauders had a walk-off win.

"A great team win and something real positive we can build on," said Leeder after the game.
