Hitmen Pin 6-2 Loss on Gamblers

The Chicago Hitmen defeated the Las Vegas Gamblers, 6-2, at The Ballpark at Potomac Yard . Chicago second baseman Ka-fei Bi was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times. Gus Layar, credited with the win, is now 4-1. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. Chicago now has a 3-game win streak.
Bi contributed when he hit a solo home run in the top of the seventh. Coming with two outs and the bases empty, the home run proved to be critical to helping Chicago get the win.
"Good to pick up this win," Bi said.
