Fans who came to Don Corleone Park watched the Dallas Texans and the New York Mafia fight to the finish.

Dallas designated hitter Buwono Subandrio played a vital role in his team's 6-5 triumph over New York. He was 4 for 5 with 4 singles for Dallas. Dallas reliever Ramiro Ortega picked up the win, bumping his record to 5-3. Brad Lyons was collared with the loss.

Dallas grabbed control in the top of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Nick Robertson delivered a run-scoring double, to make it 5-4 in favor of the Texans.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Robertson said.

Dallas is now 51-69. New York is 57-63.
