Manhattan Beach rode a decent outing from starter Tomás Bravo to victory over the Omaha Titans at Stars & Stripes Stadium. The final score was 5-3. The Patriots saw their record improve to 62-54.

Ed Greer contributed to the Manhattan Beach win. The 32-year old first baseman stroked a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Greer went 1-4 with a home run.

Bravo told the Manhattan Beach Times: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
