Beavers Stumble, Lose to Grays
Georgia right-hander Paul Wise pitched his team to victory over the Portland Beavers at The Death Star. The final score was 8-3. The second-place Grays improved to 63-51.

Salvador Ramos played a key role in the win for the Grays. The third baseman punched a grand slam home run in the bottom of the seventh inning. For the game, Ramos was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

"If the personal accolades come, so be it," said Ramos. "I just want to win ballgames."
