Maple starter Dylan Butlin put a stranglehold on the Dallas offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Marauders to a 7-0 win. The second-place Marauders improved to 65-49.

Terry Pulh Jr. helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run home run. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Marauders.

"We had a nice day," said Maple skipper Arinori Nakamura.
