The Manhattan Beach Patriots went down to defeat to Iván Morales and his Portland teammates. The final score was 6-2 in favor of the Beavers. Getting the save was Félix Reina, his 3rd. Portland is now 54-58.

Though it wasn't a flawless game -- few are -- the fans who filled the stands at Stars & Stripes Stadium seemed to enjoy watching the Thurman Munson League action.

"Iván's tempo and rhythm were good," said Portland Beavers manager Ryan Blandford. "He was the key to us winning."
