Not everyone stuck through the 54-minute rain delay, but those who did went home happy.

The Seattle Sasquatch defeated the Minnesota Berserkers, 7-5, in Roberto Clemente League action at Sick's Stadium. Matt Clark received player of the game honors. The 8-year veteran was 2-3 with a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Seattle reliever Shi-xian Le picked up the win, upping his record to 4-2. José Ochoa took the loss.

Had Clark not come through in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have changed. Instead, with two down, Clark hit a 2-run double. The Sasquatch never looked back after taking the 6-5 lead.

"Good win for us," said Clark. "Now we'll focus on the next one."

Seattle is 5th in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division with a record of 49-55.
