Mustangs Suffer 9-5 Loss to Blazers
Blazers right fielder Wilford Thompson put his stamp on his team's 9-5 win over the Mile High Mustangs. Thompson belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for Bloomington in the contest. The Blazers now have a record of 36-67 with the win over Mile High.

Also making an impact was catcher Jesús Dela, who drilled a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning for the Blazers. For the game, Dela was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3.

Thompson said afterward that he was glad to contribute to the win.
