The Duke City Danger wiggled past the Dallas Texans, 5-4, at Metroplex Park. Duke City second baseman Anthony Cadenhead earned player of the game honors. Carlos Núñes finished the game for Duke City and earned his 3rd save. Duke City, now 4-7, is off to a slow start.

Bradley Wolfe made it 5-4 in favor of Duke City when he delivered a run-scoring double. It came with two out in the top of the tenth. The Danger went on to win.

"This game tested our mettle," said Cadenhead.
