Starting pitcher Rick Hill pitched well enough to help the So Cal Republic beat the Dallas Texans by the score of 4-3. The slumping Texans have lost 8 straight.

Jong-min Kim Jr. was the walk-off hero for So Cal. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the So Cal second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
