Sasquatch Continue Skid Thanks to Morán, Hitmen
|
Hitmen first baseman António Morán put his stamp on his team's 4-2 win over the Seattle Sasquatch. Morán hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for Chicago in the contest. Ch'ang-chieh Tann recorded the save for Chicago, his 24th of the season. Seattle has now lost 4 straight.
The Hitmen got a big at-bat from left fielder Cao Ho. For the game, Ho was 1-4 with a home run. In the top of the fifth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 14th home run of the season gave Chicago a 2-1 lead.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Ho.
