Codebreakers Subdue Seattle, 5-3
|
Columbus Codebreakers starter Sotatsu Hayagawa was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Seattle Sasquatch, 5-3. The Codebreakers' win now puts them at 54-41.
Flexing his muscles for Columbus was Esteban Ruíz. The shortstop had a 2-run home run in the bottom of the fourth for the Codebreakers. It put his team ahead, 3-1, and sent them on to victory. For the game, Ruíz was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Hayagawa.
