Black Knights Rally For Late Win Over Texans

Brooklyn overcame a superlative game from Bei Law to beat Dallas, 5-2. The Dallas pitcher took player of the game honors in a losing cause. He threw 8 innings of 3-hit ball. Reliever Manuel Guerrero picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. José Parra took the loss. Picking up the save was Tokaji Goto, his 22nd.
Bubhutsu Tikoo made it 4-2, Brooklyn, in the top of the ninth when he hit a 2-run double. It was a big at-bat in the Black Knights win.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Brooklyn manager Diego Aguirre. "Our pregame was pretty good."
The Dallas losing streak has now reached 4 games.
