Black Knights center fielder Kata Nishikawa put his stamp on his team's 6-3 win over the Omaha Titans. Nishikawa was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for Brooklyn in the contest. Tokaji Goto finished the game for Brooklyn and earned his 20th save. The losses continue to mount for Omaha, which has now dropped 7 in a row.

Nishikawa came through with some timely hitting for Brooklyn. With the score 0-0 in the bottom of the third and one down, Nishikawa hit a 1-0 changeup for a run-scoring single. His 93rd hit of the season made it 1-0, Brooklyn.
