Hits Galore: Bi Drills 5 Hits
|
Ka-fei Bi of the Hitmen was unstoppable in today's 6-3 victory over the Las Vegas Gamblers at The Ballpark at Potomac Yard . He battered them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats.
"Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Chicago second baseman after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-5 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will."
Ka-fei Bi hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Bintang Ernalia in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
So far this season Bi has hit .486 with 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and and scored 6 times.
