|
The Kansas City Tornadoes stymied the Brooklyn Black Knights, 6-2, at Debris Field. Orlando Quiñones, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 2-2 with 2 singles and 2 walks for Kansas City. Ramón Vázquez earned the win for Kansas City. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 5 hits, while striking out 3.
