The Jersey Jesters defeated the Duke City Danger, 10-5, in Thurman Munson League action at The Royal Court at Jersey Yards. Alan Bishop received player of the game honors. The 10-year veteran hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Alejandro García, who went 6.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 4 runs on 7 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 4. His record now stands at 10-2. The second-place Jesters improved to 48-35.
