The Mile High Mustangs eked out a 7-6 win versus the Oklahoma City Prowlers at Memorial Circle Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Lorenzo Soto, who captured player of the game honors. The last-place Mustangs improved to 32-51.

Marshall Dempsey, who is tied for 3rd in the TML in extra base hits with 38, helped out the Mile High cause in the top of the ninth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the first baseman went 1 for 5.

"Lorenzo was Lorenzo," said Mile High Mustangs manager Dave Harris. "We know what we'll get whenever he takes the mound."
