Las Vegas rode a good effort from starter Bintang Ernalia to beat the San Diego Hops at The Brew Stade. The final score was 3-2. Las Vegas, now 48-35, holds third place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.

The most important at-bat for Las Vegas came in the top of the 12th inning, when catcher Motonobu Yamasaki stroked a full count sinker to left for a run-scoring single, putting Las Vegas up, 3-2.

In postgame comments, Yamasaki said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
