Hitmen Pull Back to Even with 5-4 Victory
In a close game at Sick's Stadium, the Chicago Hitmen edged the Seattle Sasquatch, 5-4. Chicago right fielder Cao Ho earned the nod as player of the game. He went 3-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Chicago reliever Brent Reed got the win, raising his record to 4-1. Dan Lewis was tagged with the loss. Chicago is now 41-41. Seattle is 37-44.

It could have been a different outcome for Chicago, had it not been for Ashton Stanton, the 22-year old third baseman . Stanton contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put Chicago up, 3-2.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Seattle manager Carl Best said following the tough loss.
