McCreary, Danger Wallop Gamblers in Game 3 of Divisional Round
Riding the 2-hit performance of shortstop Tim McCreary, the Duke City Danger got a road win against the Las Vegas Gamblers, 6-5, in Game 3 of the Divisional Round today. McCreary went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Danger, who now lead the best-of-7 series 2-1.

Had Anthony Cadenhead not delivered a key base hit in the top of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Cadenhead hit a run-scoring double. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Danger.

"We're feeling good about this," said Danger manager Jorge Morales. "We have got an advantage now and we just need to keep the pressure on."

The next game is set to be played on Wednesday, October 11th, 2028 at The Ballpark at Potomac Yard . Slated to start are Ross Allan for the Danger and Fred Butler for the Gamblers.
