Storm Troopers Hammered by Ando, Fall Further Behind in Double A League Championship
Riding the 5-hit performance of center fielder Shoji Ando, the Rock River Rats flattened the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 20-4, in Game 6 of the Double A League Championship today. Ando was 5-5 with a home run, 4 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 times and drove in 3 for the Rats, who now lead 4-2 in the best-of-7 series.

Ando was 5 for 5 with a home run, 4 singles, and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3 against the Storm Troopers. In the bottom of the first inning, he hit a 3-run home run that scored 3 and put Rock River in front, 4-1.

"I like easy wins," Ando told the Rock River Bulletin. "And easy wins in the playoffs are even better."
