Knights Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras
The Knights grabbed a win, 3-2, at Saints Ballpark, overcoming a fine effort from St. Paul pitcher Gang-sheng Lew. Lew went 5 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The win was Javier González's in relief. His record improves to 5-11. Taheiji Ohayashi took the loss for St. Paul. Dave Coffin, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save.

This game went down to the wire. In the top of the tenth, Truman Cassidy had a big at-bat. With one out, the Kingwood left fielder hit a sacrifice fly, to put his team up, 3-2.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Cassidy.

The 6th-place Knights are now 69-93, the Saints 82-80.
