Benefiting from the performance of Jaime Gonzáles, the Boise Bloodhounds defeated the Baltimore Blue Claws, 7-5. Gonzáles went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Bloodhounds. The Bloodhounds go to 66-75, putting them 6th in the Buck O'Neil League San Diego Chicken Division.

Gonzáles had a big at-bat with one out in the bottom of the third inning. With his team down, 3-2, the third baseman hit a grand slam home run to put Boise ahead.

"The most important thing is that we won," Gonzáles said.
