Getting an impressive start from Leonilde Maio, Spokane beat Rock River by the score of 6-2. Maio got the win, improving to 9-10. He allowed 4 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. Maio allowed 1 earned run.
José Palma had a productive trip to the plate with one out in the top of the seventh inning. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single, helping Spokane to the win.
