Tan-ming Que helped his team muscle past the Madison Beehive, 8-1. In the game, the Phoenix first baseman went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. The winner was Phoenix reliever Christopher Fallows, now 7-2. The loser was Tsuginori Inoue. The Lights saw their record improve to 96-59.

One important at-bat for Phoenix came with one out in the bottom of the second inning. With the bases loaded, Que hit a grand slam, which contributed to the Lights win.
