Carlos Campos helped his team muscle past the Omaha Titans, 5-3. In the game, the Brooklyn second baseman was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The winner was Jack Beard in relief. His record improves to 2-2. Keith Martin took the loss. Tokaji Goto converted his 16th save in 18 tries.
