Raiders Take Down Bumblebees, 4-3
|
Barend Bilderbeek pitched well, but the Pasadena Bumblebees still lost the game, falling 4-3 to the Reno Raiders at House of Pain. Daladhisvara Harishandra earned the save for Reno, his 10th of the year. The Raiders raised their record to 79-83.
Reno took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Hitoshi Shibata stroked a run-scoring double to make it 4-3, Raiders.
"I like what I saw today," said Reno manager Alex Hensley, "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."
