A 4-RBI performance from the 31-year old shortstop Aziz Sanchez helped the Peoria Caterpillars beat the Minneapolis Freeze, 18-4. Peoria currently is in 6th place in the Blake Camden League B.J. Birdie League at 71-89.

With runners on 1st and 2nd and one out in the top of the third inning, first baseman Ajyapa Vijayarangan delivered big for the Caterpillars. Peoria was leading 10-1 when he belted a 3-run home run.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Vijayarangan.
