|
Sandy Springs left fielder Marc Dale was instrumental in his team's 8-4 win over the Cincinnati Snaps. Dale, who is tied for 3rd in the FFL with a .330 batting average, went 2-4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Spartans. With the win, the Spartans have a record of 63-68.
Also making an impact was right fielder Saad Maan, who drilled a 2-run single in the bottom of the third inning for the Spartans. For the game, Maan went 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs.
"We swung the bats pretty good throughout the lineup," said Sandy Springs skipper Duncan Kelly.
