Texans Win in Glorious Fashion
The Texans grabbed a win, 5-4, at Metroplex Park, overcoming a fine effort from Manhattan Beach pitcher Bruno McCormick. McCormick went 7.2 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. The 5th-place Texans lifted their record to 34-40.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Dallas trailing 4-3, Ramón Castillo hit a curveball from Joachim Doucet to right for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Texans had a walk-off win.

"Exhilarating win," said Castillo.
