The Cincinnati Snaps got a good effort from starter Noboru Kitamura in defeating the Spokane Bulldogs at The Studio. The final score was 4-2. Earning his 3rd save for Cincinnati was Brian Lapointe. Cincinnati's record now stands at 48-70, placing them 6th in the Ford Frick League Junction Jack Division.

Cincinnati grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With no one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Noboru Nishida delivered a 2-run double, to make it 3-1 in favor of the Snaps.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Nishida told the Cincinnati Gazette.
