Victory Over Titans Takes Pasadena to 83-54
|
The Pasadena Bumblebees defeated the Chicago Titans, 15-6, in Blake Camden League action at The War Dome, with Pasadena third baseman Takamasa Kokawa named player of the game. Pasadena is now 83-54, 6 games up in the Blake Camden League Youppi Division.
In the top of the second inning, designated hitter Nadir Rizvi came through big-time for the Bumblebees. With Pasadena leading 4-0, he belted a 3-run home run.
"We take it day by day here," said Rizvi, "and today was a good one for us."
